Fotoupload funktioniert wieder. Photo upload is working again.

Nach einem Pixelfed-Update funktionierte das Hochladen von Fotos nicht mehr. Das Problem ist nun gefixed.

After a Pixelfed update, uploading photos stopped working. The problem is now fixed and everything should work as usual again.
